Carefully pry the switch panel -assembly out of the instrument panel. Terminal side of male terminals Disconnect the 5P connector from the main switch, then remove the switch. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table. If there is no continuity, replace the switch.

If there is continuity, and it matches the table, but switch failure is occurred on the cruise control unit input test, check and repair the wire harness on the switch circuit. If there is no continuity in one or both positions, replace the switch.
