Remove the rear seat access knob (A) and screw and release the hook (B), then remove the rear seat access trim (C). Pull back the seat-back cover (A) all the way around and release the clips (B).

Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, insert a flat-tip screwdriver to the hook portions (seven places) of the headrest rear trim (A) from the headrest front trim side.
